We don’t believe in business as usual.

Let’s do better…together. Virtual assistant services you can feel good about.

More time for the big priorities; we help executives and entrepreneurs offload their admin work.

We know first-hand how life-changing it can be to get the help you need. At Uplevel, we have your back; our assistants are well trained and well managed, and our client relations team is ready to jump in should you need us. We are a fully managed solution - that means less stress for you, and more time for you to focus on what matters most to you - be that business or personal.

Plus, you can feel good about working with Uplevel; in hiring us, you're helping create sustainable long term working opportunities for women and LGBTQ+ identified folks in the Philippines.

* We interview and hire people regardless of gender and sexual orientation. Our goals in hiring LGBTQ+ folks and women are fulfilled by ensuring that through our recruitment ads, and our company culture, that all feel welcome. This in turn, often attracts many women and LGTBQ+ individuals as they learn they are valued and welcome at our company.

Katrina McKay (she/her), Canada

A self-proclaimed “business nerd,” Katrina loves all things related to entrepreneurship, innovation and increasing efficiency. She has worked one-on-one with over 150 companies as a coach and consultant, and regularly speaks on stages around the world - from Toronto to Los Angeles to Mumbai. Before starting Uplevel, Katrina held several senior-level marketing positions at SMBs and a not-for-profit, and also ran a highly awarded eCommerce company. When she’s not travelling or speaking, you can usually find her with her face in a book… a business book or a novel.

Amrita Jambavalikar (she/her), Canada

A brilliant marketing and operations strategist by both education (MBA, York University) and global experience, Amrita has a passion for helping companies grow and optimize. Before joining Uplevel, Amrita lived and worked all over the world - including the UK & India - where she held senior marketing roles at SMBs. Perpetually curious about new ideas, Amrita still travels often and works remotely from different locations - coming back to Toronto each time with more to share! She is also an excellent dancer, a skilled cook, and usually wins at Catan.

Why We're Passionate About Virtual Assistance Services

We know what it’s like to put in the long hours and still not get everything done.
We love being the team that entrepreneurs and executives can count on.

How We're Doing Good
In the World (With Your Help!)

Our corporate culture is one of inclusion, with most of our team members being women (over 90%), and strong representation from the LGBTQ+ community (over half of our internal services/management team identifies as LGBTQ). We hire only the best of the best - just 10% of applications are invited to interview - and because of our policies around diversity, we often attract talent who is highly qualified but has been passed over by local employers because of their background, sexual orientation or family situation.

Our goal is to continue to create sustainable working opportunities for women, LGBTQ+ folks and others who have struggled to find work due to how they identify. Thank you for helping us further our mission.
